Shireigan
The Shireigan is the Kekkei Genkai of the Jūrai clan. Through use of a special scroll that contains a diverse list of numerous clans of beasts, the user of the Shireigan can use their Kekkei Genkai in order to forcefully summon beasts of any kind to their location without a prior made contract. When used, the Shireigan enforces a temporary contract on the summoned creature forcing it to submit to the will of the summoner.
The Shireigan has the added effect of reducing the chakra costs when summoning creatures, to the point that average summons such as the Ninken would cost almost no chakra at all and such creatures as the Three Great Snakes can be summoned with only one summoner instead of the standard three.
